2021 Sola Grenache Rose
Central Coast - California

Grenache makes for a wonderful version of blush wine. Dry and crisp with strawberry and stone fruit aromatics. Tannins are firm but soft leading to a clean finish.  13.3% alcohol; $17.99 bottle.                   

2016 Sola Monterey Co. Syrah

91 pts Wine Enthusiast on ‘13 & ‘14 vintages. Current vintage unrated.

Opulent and deep purple in color with intriguing aromas of wild flowers, grilled red meat and blueberry. Even acidity adds expression to this rich multi structured wine. Syrah’s have a bad reputation for being a simple, two dimensional wine with great color and aggressive tannins, but not this Syrah. Flavors of polished dark fruits and chocolate round out a delicious lingering finish.   14.2% alcohol; $17.99bottle.

This wine is an elegant balance of blackberries, dark plum, and chocolate. The aromatic notes of cola, black pepper and minerality reflect the terroir of Paso Robles. The finish is supple with round mature tannins that linger on your palate.               13.8% alcohol; $17.99 bottle

2016 Sola Sierra Foothills Zinfandel

Currently unrated.

This wine starts with a beautiful opaque purple color that exhibits pretty floral and dark fruit aromatics.  A classic Sierra Foothills flavor profile of blackberry, plum and rugged open field spices.  The finish is a silky mouthfeel that leaves flavors lingering on ones palate.        14.7% alcohol,  $17.99 bottle.
